Right to Refuse Service and Issue Refunds

    • Customers will be given one opportunity to adjust their behavior if they are found to be in violation of this policy. Failure to do so will result in the termination of services.

  2. Refunds:

    • We also reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion. If services are refused or terminated due to the reasons mentioned above, any prepaid amounts may be refunded, minus any costs incurred up to the point of termination.

Communication Etiquette

  • We expect all customers to communicate with our staff in a respectful and professional manner, whether over the phone, in person, or through any other medium.
  • Inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated. Customers will be given one chance to correct their behavior. If the inappropriate conduct continues, services will be terminated immediately.

  • J2C Studio reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website.
